Order Cancellations -

If you wish to cancel your order Please do so within 3 hrs of ordering. 

I do not accept cancellations after your order has been shipped.

Exchange -

All exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt.

The Customer is responsible for return shipping.

We do not except exchanges on Dated Inserts, Customised Orders or Sale items.

If you wish to exchange an Item it will first need to be returned. (All Items returned must be in original, resell-able condition and returned in original packaging and posted back in similar secure packaging in which you received it.) You will then receive a refund for the returned items, you will need to then place a new order.

All Shipping cost are nonrefundable.

Refunds -

All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.

We do not except returns on Dated Inserts, Customised Orders or Sale Items unless they are defective in some way. 

All Items returned must be in original, resell-able condition and returned in original packaging and posted back in similar secure packaging in which you received it. Refund payments will be remitted after items are received and quality checked.

You will be refunded the cost of your returned Items only.  All Shipping cost are nonrefundable.

Faulty / Imperfect Items -

I strive to ensure all of my work is of a high quality and standard. As most products are handmade mistakes can happen and if your item is imperfect please take a photo and email to hello@thedaizychain.com along with your customer details. Once we receive your email we will contact you and arrange a replacement or a refund if necessary.

Please Note -

Do not return items without contacting us first - Email:hello@thedaizychain.com

  • No refunds on Dated Inserts 
  • No refunds on Custom Orders
  • No refunds on sale Items
  • Items must be returned in original packaging and in new condition

International Customers please note -

  • I am not responsible for and will not refund for Items detained by Customs Authorities or any issues related to Customs Fees & Charges within your Country.
